This equipment automatically supplies the nest into the filling machine. A Conveyor system has been applied. The tray will transfer automatically to the filler machine when it loads an hour amount of tray.

Pre-filled syringe Visual Inspection Machine
We recently developed a precise visual inspector for pre-filled syringes. This machine has been equipped with six special visual cameras with M5 and M12 Cam Link Types with high definition; each camera takes six pictures per second, which means it allows to inspect two syringes per second. The state of art HMI enables a complete overview, status and report. Also, hassle-free operation system provides flexibility and reduces operation time.
