Exotec® is a global robotics company founded in 2015 and the first unicorn company in French industry. Our Skypod® system is a Goods-to-Person warehouse automation solution in which a three-dimensional robot moves goods from the storage area to the picking station where the worker is located, streamlining the worker's order fulfilment. This eliminates the need for workers to walk and bend over in large warehouses, significantly reducing physical strain and dramatically improving site safety and productivity. In addition, the agile robot, which travels at 4 m/s, can climb up and down racks up to 12 metres high, making full use of floor-to-ceiling space. It can also maximise the density of the warehouse and save space without changing the amount of storage.
