The JetBreaker is a smart solution designed to crush large solid blocks of powder into uniform sizes. Solid bulk powders are crushed between a stationary and rotating component, reducing the size of the powder to pass through desired grid sizes (CIP capable). ILC Dover's powder bags utilize ArmorFlex film. The transparent ArmorFlex film complies with FDA 21 CFR regulations and has passed EU and USP tests, exhibiting characteristics such as puncture resistance, abrasion resistance, integrity, and barrier properties. Representative products that leverage these advantages include DoverPac, EZBioPac, and PowderFlo-CB. This Isolator is equipped with three H14 HEPA filters, airlocks, and Continuous Liner ports, making it suitable for processing at the Pilot Scale or Lab Scale. It offers the flexibility of choosing between 2, 3, or 4 standard soloFLEX gloves, allowing assembly within 30 minutes. The enclosure is made of film and can be replaced within 15 minutes, reducing the consumption of energy for cleaning and validation when preparing processes quickly or transitioning to different processes.
