Servelink's Ultra Pin Mill is designed to produce ultra-fine powder (10 ~ 50um(300~1,300mesh)) by dramatically improving the existing pin mill and increasing the grinding efficiency. The number of revolutions of the Ultra Pin Mill can be adjusted from 0 to 3600 rpm, and the automation process of supplying raw materials and transporting pulverized materials can be applied. The freeze crusher is designed to produce fine powder (100 ~ 140um(100~150mesh)) and can adjust the number of rotations from 0 to 7000 rpm, and it can be processed without changing the chemical characteristics of the raw material by using liquid nitrogen, and a cyclone is adopted to minimize the leakage of dust. Both devices are manufactured to meet GMP and HACCP standards so as to be applied to product of cosmetics, bio, pharmaceutical and secondary battery meaterials.
